Concept Clothing Co., Inc., from its humble beginnings in 1978 as a T-shirt factory, Concept Clothing has evolved into one of the strongest manufacturer-retailers in the Philippines. Because of its established reputation, shoppers all over the country recognize and regard the brands SAHARA and WALL STREET as two of the leading local names in men’s executive wear. In addition, in 2005 Concept Clothing acquired the men’s wear brand CRITERION, adding to its already impressive share of the market.
Corporate Apparel Inc., incorporated in April 2000, is the Philippine licensee of American heritage brand ARROW, the distributor of Thailand’s top fashion label ESPADA, and the innovator that launched ULTIMO, a brand specifically designed and made for big and tall men.
BH Fashion Retailers Inc., a fast-growing retail company that started in 2013, is the exclusive Philippine distributor of U.S. brands IZOD and VAN HEUSEN. The CEO brand, catering to plus-size male professionals, is the latest brainchild of BH Fashion.

1978 | SAHARA started selling polo shirts to select department stores.

1992 | Both SAHARA and WALL STREET became consignor brands inside leading department stores.

Corporate Apparel was awarded the Philippine master license for ARROW.
In July, ARROW opened its first mall stand-alone store in SM City Manila. |
2005 |
Concept Clothing acquired CRITERION.
Corporate Apparel became the Philippine distributor of ESPADA. In December, ESPADA opened its first boutique in SM City Sucat. |
2006 |
In May, ARROW opened its flagship store at SM Mall of AsiaIn May, ARROW opened its flagship store at SM Mall of Asia.
In July, the brand CEO opened its first concept store in The Block at SM City North EDSA. In September, the CEO Group transferred headquarters to its own CEO building along EDSA in San Juan City. |
2007 |
ELIANTO, a Malaysian cosmetics brand, was distributed by Corporate Apparel.

2008 | In May, streetwear brand CAMBIO opened its first boutique in SM City Pampanga.

2009 | In November, ULTIMO was introduced as an SM exclusive in Megamall, Makati and North EDSA.

2010 |
Riviera Luxury Retailers Corp. was named Philippine distributor of French luxury leather goods brand LANCEL.
ARROW celebrated its 10th anniversary in the Philippines. |
2013 |
BH Fashion became the exclusive licensee of VAN HEUSEN and IZOD in the Philippines.
In September, VAN HEUSEN opened its first department store corner in The Landmark TriNoma. In November, IZOD opened its first corner inside the SM Store at Mall of Asia. |
2014 |
In February, IZOD opened its first boutique in Century City Mall.
In June, VAN HEUSEN opened its first boutique in SM City Clark. In November, contruction of a new factory/warehouse building in Quezon City began. |
2015 | In July, the CEO Group’s production facility was transferred from Malabon to the Broadway Heights building.
